Breece Hall Sends Cryptic Message Amid Rumors About His Jets’ Future.

Over the last couple of years, New York Jets running back Breece Hall has been viewed as a major breakout candidate. So far, he has been unable to live up to the hype.

Hall has been a very solid running back. However, he has yet to develop into being a superstar just yet.

Aaron Glenn, the Jets’ new head coach, spoke out about the running back situation. He hinted that Hall may not have the same role in 2025 that he has had in New York.

“I think, mentally, he’s in a good place, but I would say that we have three running backs on this team that we’re going to utilize as much as possible,” Glenn said when talking about Hall.

On Sunday, Hall sent out a cryptic message on X in what could be a response to all of the rumors swirling around him.

While he didn’t post a single word in his message, it was clear that he was noticing what has been said about him.

During the 2024 NFL season with the Jets, Hall played in 16 of the possible 17 games. He carried the football 209 times for 876 yards and five touchdowns, averaging 4.2 yards per carry. In addition, he caught 57 passes for 483 yards and three touchdowns.

At 23 years old, there is still plenty of time left for him to figure things out and start playing like the superstar he’s capable of being.

ESPN’s Rich Cimini has also questioned whether New York could trade Hall if Ashton Jeanty happens to be available for them in the draft.

“Hall is a gifted player who would attract interest if dangled in trade talks,” he wrote. “Perhaps the Jets would consider moving him if Boise State star Ashton Jeanty is available with the seventh pick in the April 24 draft.”
