Jared Goff honored Christen Harper on Mother’s Day as the standout quarterback for the Detroit Lions and his wife get ready to welcome a child before the 2025/26 NFL season.
The pair wed in July 2024 and revealed they are expecting in February, yet much of the details surrounding the development have been largely concealed from social media’s view.
For instance, there haven’t been any pictures shared on Instagram, yet the couple is obviously thrilled regardless and decided to celebrate Mother’s Day together, as the 30-year-old football star shared a heartfelt tribute to his partner.
“Wishing a joyful Mother’s Day to this future mommy!!” “I adore you and am eager to see you transform into the greatest mom,” Jared shared on Instagram Stories Sunday, alongside a picture of them prepared for a night out while sharing a kiss.
The NFL star is dressed in black trousers and a black t-shirt, while his wife sports a zebra-patterned full-length dress, with her curly hair cascading down beside her right shoulder. The hands of both parents cradle her baby bump, encompassing their child in the experience.
Christen isn’t allowing pregnancy to hinder her career, though. The Los Angeles model features in the 2025 Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit issue, playfully posing in various outfits that reveal what Jared returns to following an NFL game.
“I indeed photographed for Sports Illustrated this year when I was 18 weeks along in my pregnancy,” Harper shared with the Sunday Sports Club. “I was truly in a strange phase, where I couldn’t quite absorb it anymore, yet when I attempted to endure, it felt like it wasn’t a genuine belly.”
“I was gaining weight for my photo shoot; it was insane.” It’ll be enjoyable to reflect on those pictures since she was included. That shoot, I must admit, was the toughest because I was going through this unusual transition.
“I didn’t completely feel like myself, but I hadn’t yet developed this bump that I was really proud of and could see and feel.”

The season ended with optimism for the team from Motown, as they aim to capture the prestigious Lombardi Trophy of the Super Bowl for the first time ever next season.
